Is this a trick question? I don't think I talk to VISA employees when I call about my Capital One VISA card...

Perhaps you should list the CCCs (credit card companies) and ask for votes. I would recommend these CCCs. Other's might suggest some companies or banks.

Amex
BoA
Chase
CITI
Crap1
Discover
HSBC
WAMU (Washington Mutual)
