Thread: Credit Card questions

Hello all I've read several of the starter threads and looking for help with a couple questions:

Firstly I have a couple credit cards thru Chase and stopped paying several months ago after ALL of our credit cards raised their rates, etc. Fast forward, I have spoken to CCCS and they have suggested a plan that included contacting all of my creditors for a consolidation. I explained to them that it was only the 2 Chase cards that were not being paid and that all others were still current. They said that Chase would likely not agree to a consolidation if the other creditors were also not included in the consolidation. My question is should I proceed and ask them to process the request with Chase only with the risk of being denied? Again I have other creditors and it was only by decision that the Chase cards were the ones that payments stopped. All of our credit companies raised all our rates and minimums even though we had not been late. This was a forced decision and I'm looking for a little direction.

Will they work with me directly? to set up payment schedule?
