    Howdy Everyone! I'm 22 and looking to purchase my first home. I'm trying to follow in the footsteps of my dad who passed away in February. He purchased his first home at 21. Anyway, I hope to learn as much as possible and I PROMISE to post pics of my very first home.

    Sorry to hear about your dad but I'm sure he's excited about your impending purchase! Congrats from us here at creditforums.org as well. I'm excited to see those pics once you've got them.
