Thread: Hello Brian here

Hello everyone. My name is Brian. I have joined up because I am in a financial crisis. I have never had to deal with my currency issues and I need to learn how to proceed.

Your advice is welcomed.

I am self employed and I owe everyone. Citi Amex Chase the usual banks.
I have defaulted and I am at least 6 months behind. I do know what to do or how to handle things like this. I had hoped my field of work would improve but it has not as of yet.

I fugure I am about $50K in unsecured debt. I am currency on my mortgage and my cars are almost paid.

I have received one letter that I will be reciving a summons to my local court. This is what has me freaking out. I dont know what to do.

Please help me........
