When to transfer a balance from a 0% to another 0% credit card?
I have a balance from a 0% credit card still remaining. My 0% will be up on January, 2008. How soon can I transfer this balance to another 0% card without being penalized? Do I need to wait until my 0% has expired and then being charged the newer rate of 10.99%?

Penalized in what way? Most cards don't penalize you for paying off the balance but if you're worried about that you can check the fine print. Usually you have to pay a fee to the new card provider whenever you transfer a balance ($50 or a small percentage, I think).
