Someone Please Help Me
Hello Everyone

I have a problem that I couldn't find a answer to in the forum. The problem I have is with the original creditor(first premier bank), the OC gave permission to the 3 CRA'S to delete the debt collector(arrow financial) from my credit reports but the OC (first premier bank) is still on my credit reports. I have read about people successfully getting debt collectors off their report, but I didn't see anything about the OC still being on the report after the debt collector has been deleted.
Yes the debt is mine..BUT.. I have found out that the OC has had hidden charges from the Very beginning when I had the card, I didn't know this when I first had the card.
In the contract it did not mention any hidden fees, or hidden charges at all that I have to pay.
I have sent in disputes about this and the only thing happened was that the OC gave permission to the CRA'S to delete the debt collector from my report.
In addition to this the OC is not reporting on my equifax report, but they are reporting to experian and transunion..my equifax report is blank..squeaky clean.
So the OC deleted everything from equifax, and just deleted the debt collector from experian, and transunion, and left them the OC on experian and transunion.
So my question is....is there Anything further I can do about this as in getting the OC deleted from my reports as well?

dispute the account with the credit agencies. Do not use the account is not mine. To easily verifiable. Use something like not late on a certain date, balance is wrong, date opened is wrong, date charged off is wrong. And send them a certified letter. Do not do it over the internet

I think issue is not big
Hello
I think you must consult your disputes with your agency because all problem arose through dealing therefore first of all you ask about account to agency
thanks
