new to this and lost in the world of finance
i found myself in trouble trying to help my dad with his funeral,, he did not have any money to be buried.... my dog got sick with cancer, the vet bill was 800.00,, i used the credit card for it, gave my dad all i had to pay for his funeral,, my dog came home, died 5 days later, 4 days after that my dad passed away,,
i ended up canceling this credit card,,they gave me a program to help me..now the prgram is ending,,the interesy[t rate is going back up to 24.99%
so i am at a loss as what to do,,,,

Man, life dealt you some tough blows all at the same time. That sucks. Life can be a real bitch at times - sorry for your losses crann.
As for your credit card bills... what are you hoping for? Lower interest (aka lower required payment)?

as to what I want I could not even say,, I am at such a loss as to what I need to do,, i have three credit cards, two have excepted long term payment plans with decent interest rates,, but the last one is the one i am concerned about,, with it reaching to 24.99%,, after the year of reduced rate,, i just do not even know what i can do,, the others take about half of my income,,
any suggestions?

Well, you could contact them and let them know that you won't be able to make your payments (sounds like that is the case), but that you want to pay off your debt somehow. Then ask if they can work with you.
