    Default Loan

    Can anybody meet the criteria for a USDA loan or are there criteria for qualifying that you must meet?

    There are income limitations and the property must be located in a "rural" area. They have maps available to check "rural" status and there are a lot of areas included that you wouldn't normally think of as rural.
