hi there got a serious question can you help - thank you
What is the ideal credit score?
For a brand new 2 bed apartment in swalecliffe kent cost per month 650 deposit with credit check cost 1450 through willibee and son credit check and check regarding me and my wife out sourced to some company homeserve, I earn a basic wage of 12500 per year - I also earn another 9000 per year in bonuses but can not put it down as its not guarrentied. (But it is lol) my wife is a house wife and had 54k in her bank but we spent it traveling (reason for putting is that I don't know whether it makes a difference
She also gets 2x 218 + 1x149 per month for disibility - she was paralised in a car accident hense house wife.
I paid for my credit score on credit expert and received a 668 or 678 I've been told anything over 600 is good (I've brought it up from 300 over last year so I thought this was good , I have 3 contract mobiles tmobile
O2 and vodafone, I paid seccessfuly fort sky bt, utilities rent, and other things for just under 2 years at my previous property
Am I good enough? (When I left my previoud property I left with 1k owed to me from rent, utilites) also as I've just come back of a very expensive holiday I am 1000 over drawn but have a overdraft of 1200 ? My wife has in her bank currenly 2k for this deposit ect and I get paid at the end of the month. Whayt do you think and if any of you experts know anything about this home serve great you can find out more about there name and what they will be doing on willibee and son web site
Thank you in advance I appreciate this.

Where are you located? That sounds low for a US credit score. A "good" score in the US is 720+, a great score is 800+ (though not many get those).

Hello, in my opinion 640+ credit score is pretty good. But other factors are taken in consideration . If you previously filed for bankruptcy or had many default loans in the past it will look really bed when some one analyzing your credit.

That is true, John. You can usually get an FHA mortgage with 640+. Right now, that is about the minimum you need to get a home loan in the US.
