    Default FR Solutions

    Hey Gang,

    I recently had two old credit cards fall off my credit report for being old. I just got a letter in the mail from "FR Solutions" wanting to collect. Now, I am in Georgia and since the debt has fallen off my credit report what options do i have? I think the SOL has ran out on this debt. What options do I have?

    Ask them to prove they own the debt first, and don't give them any personal information - make them supply it. If they own your debt, they'll have it anyway. Beware of scams and good luck.

    Hey Magic,

    In the debt letter here it says I have 30 days to request this information etc. If I acknowledge this wont it put back on my credit report?
