Thread: Bankruptcy is not the end of the world

Did you know you can often buy a house in two years or less after completing a bankruptcy? Not bad, huh?

It stays on your credit report for 7 or 10 years though, which can be a verrrrrrry long time. Still, you're right, life does go on.

And to chime in, you CAN get financed for a car if you have filed for bankruptcy. But, don't expect to get the best terms.

Did you know that if you have a 620 credit score you can still buy a home 1 day out of foreclosure or bankruptcy???

Really said because sometime we be bankrupt due to circumstances but it does not mean that we are fraud.

Yeah I agree bankruptcy is not the end of the world nor is not the hindrance to success instead that's only part of molding us on how to be strong in order to faced the reality of life. As long as we still breathing everything is under control and by help also of our bankruptcy attorneys we can carry all those trials that a lot people must encountered.

Alot of people do use bankruptcy as the real world wake up call they need and do grow from it and become better financially aware. like muchodebto said if it does stay on your credit report for 7-10 years that can give you time to save for a decent deposit to try and get better mortgage deal

Bankruptcy is not an easy process, its consequences are undoubtedly negative if you want to get finance in the near future but it is definitely not the end of the world. Getting finance or bankruptcy though hard, is possible as long as you can show that things have changed after has been discharged.
