I'm haveing a big problem with the trans union, equafax and experian. someon elses credit and it's all bad is all over my credit reports. i have been going back and forth with them for almost a year.. had to get an attorney. still have some of her credit and other info on my reports... its stoping me for buying a home. I have even written to my stats Attorney General. It's costing me alot of money and really alot of stress. I have sent them my SS# as well as her SS# my Bday is not the same as hers either is my name... I have writen some of the crediters and even talked to some on the phone and had some of the negitive items removed myself , but the BIG 3 are not getting it... they still are messing up my credit report. Wondering if you had any suggestions on what else to do.. Any thing at this point would be great
