Default Is the SOL up on this debt?

I had a charge off on a Sears card for $3549. On my Experian report under account history it say 30 days past due as of Nov 2005, July 2004. I remember not paying on this card for a while and then started paying again for a while before I stopped. I live in PA where the SOL is 4years for credit cards. So I am assuming either of the 2 dates are out of SOL. The account was sold to LVNV and it is listed as Installment, and the original with Sears is listed as Revolving, is that not an error I could dispute with the collection agency, I want to do a 1-2 punch but am a little fearful because of the amount and want to make sure it is out of SOL. What are my options?

Sounds like you could definitely dispute that detail. I'm not sure on PA statute of limitations, however.
