    Question question on the 7 year deletion

    the date of 1st delinquency was 11-2002 will it be removed on 11-2009 or 6 month after that? I disputed these with Equifax but they came back verified, will they then drop off in november, since that is the 7 year mark? If not when,they list no date of last activity? I would appreciate any advice. Thanks

    In the UK most entries, including defaults and county court judgments, disappear after 6 years.

    The UK is more forgiving than the US, apparently. By the way, glad to have you here credit-one - I've read a lot of your posts this morning adn they have been great!

    Thanks Magic, it's a pleasure to be here. I've read lots of your posts too and you talk a lot of sense. I'm a fan!

    Yes, the UK is more forgiving in some ways, but from reading a lot of the threads on here it seems that the US is in others ways.
