Pay for Delete or Non Disclosure Agreement
It has been rumored that some CA's have it in their contract with the CRA's that they cannot "pay for delete."
I read somewhere that if this is the case, then you can sign a Non Disclosure Agreement with the CA's and then verify with the CRA's and it should be deleted because the CA's cannot verify due to the NDA.
Is there any validity to this or are there some tricks?
If someone has negotiated an NDA would you mind sharing a copy of it?

I'm very interested to learn more about this idea as well.
Anyone?
