Oh no...waited too long
I have an $811.00 charge off from an HSBC credit card. I was just mailing them a pay for delete letter..
then
I got a notification on my credit report that they filed a judement against me. Which was shocking to me, they moved kinda fast.
So how do I get this off my report?
Should I still mail my 'pay for delete' letter? guessing it's too later for that to help me?
I can afford a lawyer if that would speed up the removal process, or can I just pay the judegement?
Thanks in advance for you help.

Judgements are tough, from my understanding, because they are filed with the court system. I think your options are more limited now, unfortunately. But maybe someone with more experience can chime in and offer some hope.
I'm very curious to learn about this situation as well.
