Arrow Need Power of Attorney

Hello. I am helping my mom clear up a mistake on one of her accounts, but the bank won't let me assist her without a power of attorney. Does anyone out there have a copy of a power of attorney? It needs to be written specifically for a card holder and the bank. I would be grateful if someone could send me a copy (names blank obviously). My email address is coffeeandcream@gmail.com

Thank you so much!

JAS

Here's a free power of attorney form that you could try.

You could copy/paste it into MS Word and then edit as you see fit. Good luck!

Does that work for you or is it too non-specific?
