I got divorced and court odered ex wife to pay van and cards
I got divorced a year ago. The judge said in the divorce decree that my ex wife was responsible for the credit cards and the van and I am to be held harmless. Well she filed bankruptcy and the van was repossesed. I am afraid they will come after me but they took the van and sold it and have not yet contatced me. That being the case if I am responsible then why didnt i get notified with a chance
