The big boys, Lexington Law, aren't listed on that document. I guess I am missing the point of your post... is it just to warn us?

i3 Solutions SOS Scam - Gene Schwalen
Yes!!
...though all the problem companies aren't on the doc, there are lots of people out there who wish they could have searched the web and found out the truth befor throwing 1300 dollars away on some scam.
But, if you have info on that company you named, then by all means post it!
Is Lexington being targeted by the FTC? this is all new to me, so tell the world so people can find it with a Google search.

I don't know if they are being targeted or not... I just know they are the biggest credit repair company out there.

FTC Cease & Desist to i3Solutions, SOS, Gene Schwalen
Thanks, Magic69,
I wonder if...because Lexington Law is so much larger...then is it harder for them to skirt the law than smaller firms?
As documented, the FTC sent a Cease & Desist to i3 Solutions, SOS, Gene Schwalen ....so, there must be a reason.

Not sure... but Lex does have quite a few attorney's on staff so perhaps they do things by the letter? Who knows.
