Default Credit horror after co-signing on ex's loan

My ex and I are on a CC together, furniture loan, and loan for carpeting installation. Since our break up she has kept all of this property, and attempted to make payments. I have letters/e-mails from her acknowledging that she is completely responsible for these items and further proof coming from the fact that she is the only one making payments, however she is out of work and no longer making payments.

Do I have any chance of getting these lines of credit off of my credit report?

I don't think so, unless they are refinanced and you are removed from the debt officially by the creditor.

I'm in the same boat. My ex-wife had a settlement from a judge that the vehicle that is in both of our names is hers and her responsibility. Well we bought it when we were married and i'm on the loan with her. She missed a month payment and my credit got hit with a 30 day late. She can't refinance because her credit is garbage. So all I can do is pray to the almighty she makes her payments, or gets hit by a bus.
