Default Collectors might check your credit without your signature. Illegal inquiry.

The creditor might make a mistake and check your credit which is unlawful. what exactly does this mean? I have disputed alot of stuff and there are alot of inquiries on my reports, can you explain how they do this?------------------if there is an inquiry that is not the result of you siging for credit then that is illegal.unless you sign to get a car and the dealership shotguns your credit
