    Default

I need some more details. Which credit card company? When did the CC charge-off? Did you make any payments on this debt? Do you know your state's statue of limitations? What ever you do, try to prevent the judgment by paying up. If you can't do this, make sure you show-up in court otherwise you automatically default and garnishment of your wages becomes possible.
