Collection Company suing me for 7000 in 10 days. What do I do?
I got a claim from one of a collection agency.. have 10 days to repsond.. what should I do. They say I will get a judgement against me. also the original negative was reported and now that company tha tis suing me reported as well. so I have 2 differnet amounts because the claim amount includes fees. what can I do ? I dont have the money to pay. orgiinal amount due to credit card 4600 all comes

I need some more details. Which credit card company? When did the CC charge-off? Did you make any payments on this debt? Do you know your state's statue of limitations? What ever you do, try to prevent the judgment by paying up. If you can't do this, make sure you show-up in court otherwise you automatically default and garnishment of your wages becomes possible.
