Wow, thanks for your response, but just to clarify, you see that this (BK) was discharged on my Experian report in 1999? Yes, the 1st BK was 7 years according to old CO law, and effective 10/2005 it is now 10 years. So it sounds like the BK from 1999 should have fallen off last year. I need to have this removed (fall off).Also, can you tell me if items that were included in the BK in 2005
