Dear BO: From the website I assume you are the C.E.O. of Transunion credit report service. If this is correct do me the favor of responding. Allstate is telling me they have received a score of 3 out of 5. 1 is the best. To make a long story short I pay cash, don’t use or have any credit cards, I seldom use a debt card other than to buy food or gas. My life is paid for. So why is Allstate showing

Lack of credit establishes no history, therefore a significant rating can't be established. 3 makes sense... middle of the road.
