I have a repo on my credit report. I tried really hard to keep my car. I fell behind due to my mothers death and leaving my job to care for her. I got a job offered to pay them the $ I owed now that I was settled I was really not that behind just couldnt get caught up. They refused my offer and sold my car and sent me a check for the difference. I sent them a letter as you stated in your web
