I have an account with Capital one I've had the account since Feburary 2, 2007 .Ive been told that the account was closed each time I try to get infomation I am put off ,because I know that it isnt been reported to your company or the other two (account number is3243008-2001) I found out that it wasnt being reported when I tried to trade the car I was told that a bank would not help me
