Default Advice on how to get my credit report better

I have been reading your blog recently and wanted some (non-legal) advice on how to get my credit report better. I have some old judgements from 2002-2003 and several medical collections (some duplicates) that are showing up. I have been paying cash instead of using my credit for several years now but would like to get back in the "game" asap. I do not want to file a bk to erase all this stuff

    Default Establishing Credit...

Dispute your medical collections with all 3 credit bureaus, this will wipe out the duplicates and if your lucky it may cancel out some of the older collections.

Get yourself a secured credit card and make sure that it reports to the 3 credit bureaus. If you get one with a $100 balance, do not charge over $35 on the card. If you use it once a month and pay it off every month. This will be get you back on track and before long you will be able to get a unsecured credit card.

Remember to always keep your credit card balance at 35% or below of what your high credit limit is.

    Good Luck!
