About CreditForums.org
Established in December of 2006, CreditForums.org strives to be a friendly, helpful online community where people can help each other by sharing tips, secrets, and general information regarding all types of credit and credit uses.
We live in a consumption driven world and a major aspect to it is credit. Unfortunately, there is little to no formal education that covers the basics of credit and money management in the U.S. public school system currently, so we hope CreditForums.org can serve as a resource to fill the education void.
Using credit to purchase items is not a bad thing, nor is debt. However, if used in excess (beyond an individual’s or family’s ability to repay) it can have disastrous effects on people’s lives. By making oneself aware of the “fine print” concerning credit, we believe a person stands a better chance of successfully employing credit to enhance one’s life as opposed to worsening it.
