It is based on the ending numbers of your Social Security Number.

For SS numbers ending in 00 - 20 the funds were issued May 2nd.

For SS numbers ending in 21-75 the funds will be issued May 9th.

For SS numbers ending in 76-99 the funds will be issued May 16th.

They funds will be sent to you using the information on your 2007 tax return.
In other words, if you had direct deposit for your return, it will be issued the same way.
